Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves packed
  • 1 Avocado pitted & scooped out
  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or plant milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for vegans)

Toppings (as desired)

  • Sliced Fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine spinach leaves, avocado, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup if using. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
