- 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves packed
- 1 Avocado pitted & scooped out
- 1 Banana frozen
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or plant milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for vegans)
Toppings (as desired)
- Sliced Fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, coconut flakes
In a blender, combine spinach leaves, avocado, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup if using. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture into two bowls. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
Top the smoothie bowls with your choice of sliced fruits, nuts, seeds, granola, and coconut flakes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
