Spinach & Avocado Smoothie Bowl
This Spinach & Avocado Smoothie Bowl is a powerhouse of nutrients, packed with healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves packed
- 1 Avocado pitted & scooped out
- 1 Banana frozen
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or plant milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for vegans)
Toppings (as desired)
- Sliced Fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, coconut flakes
Instructions
